Booking policy

  • A $10 deposit confirms your appointment and is deducted from the total on the day. It is what holds your place in the diary.
  • There is a 15-minute grace period. After that the appointment is treated as cancelled, though it can be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • If you need to rearrange, do let us know in advance and we will find you another time.
  • Nail work is guaranteed for 5 days after the appointment.

Before your hairstyling appointment

  • Wash your hair the day before. Wash it two or three times if needed to clear any product residue.
  • Use very little conditioner, mid-lengths to ends only, and rinse it out completely.
  • Avoid masks, oils and creams that leave the hair heavy or greasy.
  • Send reference photos in advance if you have a particular style in mind.
  • If you would rather wash at the salon, book an hour earlier and add the wash + blower service, which is charged separately.
